ShopConnect is a service of NVIPANI TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U72200KA2015PTC080937), a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office at 1st Floor, NMS Arcade, 854/1 8th B Cross, 6th Main, Opp. LIC Colony, New Tippasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560075, India.
ShopConnect is a planned commerce platform. We help households plan weekly meals, generate grocery lists from those plans, and send those lists to participating neighbourhood kirana stores for packing and delivery.
ShopConnect is a technology platform. We are not a retailer, grocer, or delivery service. The kirana store you select processes and fulfils your order. ShopConnect facilitates the connection.
The Service is available to users in India. We are currently launching in Bengaluru.
You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your OTP with anyone.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian to create and manage the account on your behalf.
One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
When you send a grocery list to a store through ShopConnect, you are making an offer to purchase the items at the prices listed in the store's catalogue at the time of ordering. Your order is confirmed when the store accepts it.
Prices are set by individual stores. ShopConnect displays the prices provided by the store and is not responsible for pricing errors made by the store.
Availability is not guaranteed. If a store cannot fulfil part of your order, they will contact you before packing.
You can cancel your order at any time before the store accepts it. Go to Orders → select the order → Cancel. No charge applies.
Once the store has accepted and started packing your order, cancellation may not be possible. Contact the store directly through the app. If the store agrees to the cancellation, a full refund will be processed.
If you receive items that are wrong, damaged, or missing from your order, raise a dispute through the app within 24 hours of delivery. We will review and, if the claim is valid, process a full or partial refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
All approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The actual credit to your account depends on your bank.
Go to Orders → select the relevant order → Report a problem. Alternatively, write to support@shopconnect.live with your order ID.
Participating kirana stores are independent businesses. They are responsible for the quality, freshness, and accuracy of the items they pack and deliver. ShopConnect is not liable for the quality of goods supplied by stores.
Stores are required under their ShopConnect merchant agreement to comply with the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006 and applicable local regulations.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules. We will tell you why, unless doing so would compromise an investigation.
The ShopConnect name, logo, design, and software are owned by NVIPANI TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.
Recipe content provided by ShopConnect is licensed for personal use only. You may not republish or commercialise it.
Content you create (e.g. custom recipes, household notes) remains yours. By storing it on ShopConnect, you grant us a limited licence to display it to you and use it to generate your grocery lists.
ShopConnect provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by Indian law, ShopConnect's liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 are not affected by these Terms.
If you have a dispute with ShopConnect, contact us first at grievance@shopconnect.live. We aim to resolve all complaints within 72 hours.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally or through a consumer forum shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We may update these Terms when the law changes or when we add new features. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
